As concern grows around the coronavirus situation, we wanted to reach out and assure you that we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and how it could potentially impact your events. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has not issued any warnings for the Continental United States and has not limited travel or public gatherings anywhere in the country. We will continue to proactively stay informed of the situation and adhere to the guidance released by the CDC.
In view of the above, we encourage you while attending large events to:
Minimize physical contact but if shaking hands is required, carry alcohol-based hand sanitizer with you.
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
Cough or sneeze into your sleeve or a tissue (not your hands), then throw the tissue in the trash.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
Stay home when you are sick.
If travel is required, clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces such as the plane tray table and seat arms and the hotel remote, using a cleaning product that contains bleach.
The health and safety of our clients, their attendees and sponsors is our top priority.
